After Hours Services
For after-hours emergency service we have partnered with VetTriage to offer video telehealth services. The VetTriage veterinarians are available 24/7 and will assess your pet on a live video chat for a small fee to determine if your pet requires immediate emergency care, or simple monitoring at home until we reopen. In the event of an emergency, they will coordinate your visit to the local on-call hospital or emergency veterinary hospital.
As always, most emergencies are referred to the Cornell Small Animal Hospital (607) 253-3060.
We are closed for the following major holidays & observances:
New Years Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. If a major holiday (such as Christmas) falls on a Saturday, we are typically closed the Friday before. Feel free to call for our updated hours during the holiday seasons.
